Stashdown CAL Crochet Drawstring Pouch

This pattern is part of the Holiday Stashdown Crochet Along hosted by Marie of The Underground Crafter. The crochet-along features many awesome designers who will be/ have been sharing their designs that require little amount of yarn to complete.

These crochet pouches are a fantastic way to reduce those long kept mini skeins, left-over yarns and balls of yarn you have no plans for. Make a lot and gift them, someone will be happy to receive them.

This Crochet Drawstring pouch was super fun to make, especially when I began changing colours and seeing the lovely pattern play out. I promise, these are quick pouches to make, with 25 yards or less you will have completed this pouch.

To make it more interesting, you can use a different colour at each row after each front post stitch row. So, the front post stitches will be one colour and the other rows in between will be different colours; of course this is just a suggestion and if you have lots of leftover yarns in different colours and in the same size
